Arrange transport of goods to and from Hungary

Main Useful Means of Transport
With the support of EU funds, Hungary continues to develop its already successful and widespread transportation infrastructure. While railway lines cover the majority of the country, a hydrofoil ferries passengers along the Danube. To align with EU standards, Hungary's highways are under constant development. There are five major toll highways linking Budapest to the Hungary's neighbouring countries.
According to official figures of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office, in 2019 a total of 311,678 thousand tonnes of goods were handled in the country (64.3% domestic transport, 35.6% international transport). Of these, 202,631 thousand tonnes were carried by road, 52,270 thousand tonnes by rail, 48,125 thousand tonnes by pipeline and 8,592 thousand tonnes by waterways.
